A 3-week virtual technology leadership program
for conflict-affected + refugee youth from the Middle East

Our program was founded on the belief that technology by itself cannot solve all issues. We seek to provide conflict-affected youth in the Middle East with a holistic toolkit to become effective leaders in technology by equipping them with leadership skills and a human-centered design approach to problem-solving.

Taking place over 4 weekends in July, this cross-border program will be fully remote. As a participant, you will attend leadership skills workshops, learn the human-centered design framework, and meet regional and global leaders, designers, founders, and entrepreneurs.
You will get to turn your learnings into action by creating a human-centered design project of your own, tackling any issue in your community or in the world, culminating in a presentation to a panel of judges.
At the end of the program, you will walk away with practical skills for leadership, future touch points for partnership, and a more innovative, collaborative, and empathetic mindset for leadership.

We believe that technology is both a human and community endeavor—a philosophy that is reflected in this program. You will be supported by workshop leaders who are leaders in their own communities, mentors who want to see you succeed, and human-centered design trainers who will guide you through the design process. You will also get to meet technology leaders, entrepreneurs, and founders from the Middle East, U.S., and Europe in exclusive panels.
